What you'll work on

🤖You'll build the agents that power our product - LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, multimodal generation (text, image, video). You're not wrapping APIs; you're designing how Carla, Dana and Cora think, create, and decide.

🎨You'll turn raw brand inputs into employer branding journeys - brand guidelines, employee photos, tone of voice: you build the workflows that transform messy customer inputs into cohesive, compelling campaigns.

🎯You'll make the right message reach the right person - persona recognition, audience targeting, structured and unstructured data. You help ensure every touchpoint is relevant, not just generated.

🚀You'll ship to production - not just to notebooks. You'll collaborate with product and platform engineers to get your models into user-facing features that real clients use every day.

📈You'll close the loop - using live metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine output quality. You care about what actually works, not just what looks good in eval.

🎓Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience - we care more about what you've built than where you studied.

🐍Strong Python skills and real fluency with modern LLM workflows: prompt engineering, RAG, agentic frameworks like LangChain or similar.
